Product-specific instructions and safety notices control when they are more specific.

In-stock products normally ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order and limited-batch lead times are shown on the product page or order confirmation. Report visible damage, missing contents, or delivery problems within five calendar days.

Unused, uninstalled standard products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Custom-made, modified, engraved, anodized-to-order, special-order, prototype, and made-to-order items are generally non-returnable unless defective or materially different from the approved specification.

Standard J Fab products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one year from the original purchase date. Exclusions include improper installation, modification, misuse, normal wear, cosmetic wear, use outside the intended application, and damage from welding heat, grinding, chemicals, corrosion, or incompatible hardware.

A quote request is not an order. Custom work normally requires a 50% deposit after scope, price, lead time, material, finish, and required approvals are accepted. J Fab may decline safety-critical work that lacks adequate engineering, testing, certification, or application control.

J Fab collects information needed to answer requests, process orders, take payment, ship products, prevent fraud, and provide support. Payment information is handled by the selected payment provider. Use the Contact page for privacy requests.
