J Fab Limited Warranty

J Fab warrants that products manufactured by J Fab will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use for one year from the original purchase date.

What is covered

This limited warranty covers defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship in a J Fab-manufactured product.

At J Fab’s option, an approved warranty claim may be resolved by:

• Repairing the product
• Replacing the product or defective component
• Issuing store credit or a refund when repair or replacement is not practical

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear, cosmetic wear, scratches, corrosion, discoloration, or finish damage
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper storage, or improper installation
• Damage caused by modification, alteration, welding, drilling, grinding, or unauthorized repair
• Damage caused by using the product outside its intended purpose or rated capacity
• Damage caused by collisions, racing, competition, commercial abuse, or extreme operating conditions
• Labor, removal, installation, towing, downtime, lost income, or other incidental expenses
• Products not manufactured by J Fab, which may be covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty
• Custom-made or personalized products unless the claim concerns a verified defect in materials or workmanship

Warranty claim requirements

To request warranty service, contact J Fab and provide:

• Your name and order number
• The product and purchase date
• A clear description of the problem
• Photos or video showing the issue
• Any other information reasonably needed to evaluate the claim

Do not return a product without authorization. J Fab will provide return instructions when a return is required.

The customer may be responsible for return shipping when inspection shows that the issue is not covered by this warranty. J Fab will cover reasonable return shipping for approved claims when required by law or confirmed in writing.

Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless J Fab agrees otherwise in writing.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state. Nothing in this warranty limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
