IN DEVELOPMENT — NOT YET AVAILABLE
A vehicle-specific pair of high-clearance lower rear radius arms being developed for the 2024 Honda Talon 1000R.
Locked development direction
- Boxed-steel construction with a smooth raised center and flat lower skid
- Fixed OEM pivot geometry with serviceable spherical-bearing ends planned
- Right and left arms controlled from isolated straight-arm measurements, not the bent reference arm
- 2.25-inch clearance-gain target; 2.50 inches is the ceiling only if the full suspension sweep passes
Required before release
- Exact pivot centers, end-cup geometry, bearing and spacer stack, and fore-aft offsets
- Axle, frame, brake-hose, trailing-arm, and sway-bar clearance from full droop to full bump
- Vehicle-fit prototype, qualified weld procedure, proof testing, durability validation, and final drawing and BOM lock
Controlled fitment is the 2024 Honda Talon 1000R only. No other model or year is claimed until it is physically verified.
Planned as one left-and-right lower-arm pair. Final material stack, included bearings and spacers, finish, price, and lead time remain subject to prototype validation.
